BusName ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information when you visit our website, book an appointment, check in at our nail and spa salon, receive services, or communicate with us, including through text messages.

1. Information we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

We collect information directly from you and through the booking, check-in, payment, and communication providers used to serve you. Please provide only information needed for your visit or request.

2. How we use information

We use information to schedule and manage appointments, process check-ins and transactions, provide salon services, respond to questions, maintain customer records, improve our services, protect against fraud or misuse, and meet applicable legal obligations. We also use your mobile number and consent records to send the types of text messages you have agreed to receive and to honor your communication preferences.

3. Text messages and separate opt-in choices

Appointment confirmations and reminders

Our online appointment app has its own opt-in form for appointment text messages. If you affirmatively opt in through that form, BusName may send text messages confirming your appointment and reminding you of upcoming appointments. Frequency depends on your bookings. Consent to appointment messages applies to those messages only; it does not enroll you in marketing text messages.

Marketing messages

Our in-store check-in app has a separate opt-in form for marketing text messages. When you check in in person at the salon, you can choose to opt in or opt out. If you affirmatively opt in, BusName may send promotional texts about salon offers, specials, and services. Marketing message frequency varies. Booking an appointment, providing a phone number, or checking in without choosing to opt in does not give us permission to send marketing texts.

Both text message choices are voluntary. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. You can receive salon services without opting in to either text message program. Messages may be sent using automated technology. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.

Withdrawing consent and getting help

Reply STOP to a text message to unsubscribe. You may receive one non-promotional message confirming your opt-out. If appointment and marketing messages use the same sending number, replying STOP may stop both types of texts from that number. You can also contact us at BusPhone or BusEmail to withdraw consent or ask us to update your preferences. We honor opt-out requests as required by applicable law.

Reply HELP for messaging assistance, or contact the salon using the details above. Opting out of texts does not cancel an existing appointment; please contact us directly to change or cancel a booking. We will not resume messages you opted out of unless you provide renewed consent for the relevant program.

4. How we share information

We may share information with service providers that help us operate our website, appointment and check-in apps, payment processing, customer support, and messaging. These providers may use the information only as needed to perform services for us, subject to appropriate confidentiality and data protection obligations. We may also disclose information when required by law or when necessary to protect rights, safety, or security.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and text messaging consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We share this information with messaging service providers only as needed to deliver messages on our behalf and manage consent and opt-outs, or when legally required. These providers are not authorized to use it for their own marketing.

5. Cookies and external services

Our website and connected services may use cookies or similar technologies to support functionality, remember preferences, and understand website use. You can manage cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect some features. Links to external booking, gift card, payment, or other websites may take you to services with their own privacy policies. Please review those policies before providing information.

6. Security and retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information and limit access to people who need it for their work. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, including recordkeeping, resolving disputes, and applicable legal requirements. We may retain consent and opt-out records to document your choices and prevent unwanted messages.

7. Your privacy choices

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or to update your communication preferences. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws. We will respond as required by those laws and may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. Some information may need to be retained for legal or recordkeeping reasons.

8. Children's privacy

Our website and text message programs are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information online. A parent or guardian arranging services for a child should provide their own contact information. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information through our website or apps, contact us so we can address it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices change. Updates will appear on this page with a revised last-updated date. A policy update does not enroll you in a text message program or expand your existing consent. We will obtain new consent when required.

10. Contact us

For privacy questions, requests, or help with text message preferences, contact BusName at BusPhone, email BusEmail, or write to BusAddress1 BusAddress2, BusCity, BusState BusZipcode.
